Serge L’Homme reconciles strongly with the preservation of Dominica’s culture and heritage, henceforth L’Homme Business Heritage Group was created. Using his two branches, Ruins Rock Cafe and Hi-Rise Beach Bar, Mr. L’Homme implements activities such as serving victuals in stone platters or plates, calabash, and wooden plates and cups to portray Dominica’s heritage. He also created a particular aesthetic that reflects Dominica’s culture as well as the inclusion of meaningful art pieces. Most importantly, Mr. L’Homme ensures that the cuisine and drinks served also reflect Dominica’s culture.
