Serge L’homme is the visionary founder of L’homme Business Heritage Group Inc. Guided by a deep and enduring passion for Dominica’s culture, heritage, and people, he has dedicated his entrepreneurial journey to building enterprises that merge cultural authenticity with commercial viability. His leadership philosophy centers on transforming local resources into structured, value-generating ventures that contribute meaningfully to national development.

With a multidisciplinary background spanning spices and herbs, human psychology, and multilingual communication, Mr. L’homme brings a rare combination of cultural sensitivity, intuitive insight, and practical enterprise leadership to the Group. His approach reflects a careful balance between resource utilization, ecological stewardship, and heritage preservation — ensuring that the Group’s operations strengthen both community and environment while enhancing Dominica’s image locally and internationally.

His leadership is characterized by a commitment to excellence, merit-based advancement, and long-term value creation through responsible and sustainable business practices. From the development of signature rum punches and spice blends to the advancement of vertically integrated agriculture and manufacturing initiatives, his work reflects a deliberate effort to build not merely businesses, but enduring institutions.

Supporting this vision is Thimna L’homme, shareholder and director of the Group. Since December 2025, she has also assumed expanding operational responsibilities within the organization. Her involvement reinforces intergenerational continuity and strengthens the Group’s commitment to structured growth and innovation.

The Group’s strategic development has also been strengthened through advisory input from Donald Bercasio, a long-standing strategic associate of the founder who serves as Strategic Advisor to LBHG.

Mr. Bercasio is a senior strategy and operations executive with over two decades of cross-industry experience spanning hospitality, integrated resorts, corporate planning, brand development, and enterprise transformation across Asia and the Caribbean. His advanced academic background in marketing and development communication, combined with ongoing postgraduate business studies, reinforces his expertise in strategic leadership, organizational development, and financial decision-making.

He has also completed executive studies in strategic brand management, financial management, business analytics, and business strategy. In his advisory capacity to LBHG, he provides guidance on governance structuring, systems development, performance alignment, strategic positioning, and long-term growth planning — supporting the Group’s evolution into a more professionally managed and scalable enterprise.
